Return, Refund & Toy Swap Policy

At ToyJoy Box, LLC, we are committed to delivering happiness in every box. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your ToyJoy Box, please review the following policies for returns, refunds, and our unique Toy Swap Program.

1. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with a box or item, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your ToyJoy Box.

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

1.2 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized items

  • Used or damaged toys

  • Digital products or downloadable content

2. Toy Swap Program

At ToyJoy Box, we understand that preferences vary and kids grow fast. That’s why we offer our exclusive Toy Swap Program, designed to give your child even more joy and flexibility.

2.1 How It Works

  • Customers may exchange a toy from their recent box within 14 days of delivery.

  • Only one toy swap per box is allowed.

  • The toy must be in new condition—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

2.2 How to Initiate a Swap

  1. Email toyjoyboxes@gmail.com with the subject “Toy Swap Request.”

  2. Include your order number, the toy you wish to swap, and a photo verifying its condition.

  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

2.3 Shipping and Processing

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned toy, we will ship a replacement toy at no additional cost.

2.4 Ineligible Swaps

  • Toys that are used, opened, or damaged

  • Toys received more than 14 days ago

  • Items marked as final sale

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please email toyjoyboxes@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll resolve the matter promptly by replacing the item at no cost to you.

4. Subscription Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your ToyJoy Box account.

  • Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

  • Prepaid plans (e.g., 6-month or yearly) are non-refundable after the first box has shipped.
