Subscription plans are available on a monthly, semi-annual, or annual basis.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

b. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You authorize ToyJoy Box to charge your payment method for recurring fees.

c. Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are issued only under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee or at our sole discretion.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Boxes are shipped monthly. Shipping times may vary based on location, holidays, and availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping information provided is accurate and up to date.

Subscribers may be eligible to participate in our Toy Swap Program, allowing the return of gently used toys in exchange for credit or replacement items.
